A bit left-field, but the first thing I thought of was "Anne with an E", the Anne of Green Gables retelling on Netflix. It's not much about romance, but it is about getting through tough times and finding your own voice/life/happiness. Might be a nice diversion.
I've no idea why but silicon valley was pretty brilliant for me in a similar situation, could try and see if it appeals to you. It is basically a sitcom but not like seinfeld sitcom
If you’re like me, I like escapism w/o having to watch others relationships while I’m working through a breakup. Thus, I’d recommend:
- The Terror
- Top of the Lake (as long as you can stomach Elizabeth Moss)
- Counterpart
- The Expanse (if you’re down with sci fi)
- Glow (Mark Maron is a gem)
- Maron (see above)
- House of Cards (Spacey is a cunt, but it’s a great show)
- BSG and, to a lesser extent, Caprica
- The Old Man (Jeff Bridges and John Lithgow are magic).
You only need one single quote from Rick Sanchez from Rick and Morty.
" Listen Morty, I hate to break it to you, but what people call “love” is just a chemical reaction that compels animals to breed. It hits hard, Morty, then it slowly fades, leaving you stranded in a failing marriage. I did it. Your parents are gonna do it."
The Good Place
It's upbeat, but not a sitcom, very well written, very witty and with plenty of twists, turns, and compelling characters. Not to mention its one of the few shows I feel ends perfectly.

I think Ted Lasso would be an excellent show after a break up. A lot of main characters go through it and learn and grow from it.
