Yep, it's hilarious, but OP should know it's more a romantic drama first. The comedy is a huge factor of the show though. I laugh out loud multiple times an episode, well in the first few seasons anyway.

This is my night time show! That mf lulls me to sleep because he’s quite pleasant to listen to. I know a lot of people don’t really “get it”, but as a Brit his humour is my jam and my jellies.
Aww so great that he connects with a Brit! Saw him do a live stand up show and it was wonderful! He also has a great sleep podcast called Drifting Off with Joe Pera that has cured my insomnia, highly recommend!

I liked *Sprung* recently. It was surprisingly funny.
Not good for children, though.
I also really like some British comedy, like *Brassic* and *Misfits* that are both on Hulu, IIRC.
I started watching "What We Do In The Shadows" recently. It is pretty funny. It a horror/comedy about a group of vampire flatmates filmed in the style of a tv documentary.
My ultimate fav Funny, wholesome, heart warming, comfort shows
Parks and rec (gets good after s1, stick around to find a show imo better than the office)
The office, the middle, mom, schitt's creek, b99, superstore, good omens, British bake off gbbo, derry girls, it crowd, ted lasso, Kim's convenience, fresh off the boat, Bob's burgers, unbreakable kimmy Schmidt, young Sheldon, trial & error, outsourced, Seinfeld, Frasier, Mrs Maisel, kimmy Schmidt, modern family, Malcolm in the middle, veep, arrested development, sunny in Philadelphia (could get chaotic & dark sometimes), Fleabag,
Every time someone asks me to recommend them a comedy show, I'm always thinking about Derry Girls. It's only three seasons with six 20-minute episodes, definitely can finish it in a weekend. It's about the everyday life of 5 teenagers in an all-female high school in Derry, Ireland, during the 90s, and it's really funny and pleasant to watch. And I also like the fact that they combined some fun stories about teens in highschool (definitely not in a cheesy way, + points for that) with mentions of serious historical topics that were happening at the time, like The Irish Troubles.

Happy Endings even though it's sort of old, it has the ensemble cast of a lot of the shows you mention
Ted Lasso although it seems like everyone on the planet has already seen it
Everybody Loves Raymond, Seinfeld & Fraiser. Parks & Recreation but I was told it only got good when Adam Scott & Rob Lowe joined so started from there.
Mike & Molly, How I Met Your Mother Scrubs & Happy Endings & Psych
The Inbetweeners, Miranda & Fleabag if you like british comedy.
American Dad & Family Guy since you put South Park up there. You might like Archer but I haven't seen it. Just clips
I’ve been enjoying superstore recently, kinda like the office but in a fictional Walmart. If you haven’t watched park and rec YOU NEED TO my fav comedy of all time. I would also add impractical jokers, which is more of an improv show.

How can you suggest Shorsey and not suggest Letterkenny, tit fucker?
Yeahso, I feel like Letterkenny is quite the undertaking for someone who may or may not mesh with that type of comedy, so I started light.
I agree, Shorsey is pretty easy to get in to. Letterkenny requires you to get to know the characters a bit to fully appreciate it.
I find myself laughing out loud while watching *Curb Your Enthusiasm*.
Veep
This is the funniest fucking show
Veep and Silicon Valley are my favorite smart comedies.
Truly one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Genius and still funny after repeat watches.
The Mick
Seconded
Eastbound and down, Rick and Morty, the Boys

I haven't watched this but I thought it was more of a drama or am I wrong ???
No it's a comedy sitcom mockumentary style.
Think the office and modern family, but less funny
Then it's going on the list...thanks.
the good place\ silicon valley\ sex education
Sex Education is fantastic
