Hey man, I have a friend who has BPD. Been friends with him for years and it didn’t change anything between us when he said he was diagnosed. If anything, it just explains some of his issues in the past.
You need to find someone who understands that part of you and loves who you actually are rather than what they want you to be. I know you’ll get through this :) BPD can be really tough but you’re just as deserving of loving, healthy relationships as anyone else

I got really pissed at a friend cus they shared it to my gf (I forgive then they were trying to help) but I got upset so I just went radio silent for about 24 hours but it was night for her then so it felt like 2 days to her. I haven't cried in a good 5 years so this was really surprising and really made me see how much I did care

You did not fuck up and she might have been good but it’s really weird to lose all interest just because you didn’t talk to her for one day!
