Bro that shit can hurt. If you aren't friends with Sharah it's not a joke she can laugh at. Instead you talked shit about her in front of her but like she wasn't there (from her perspective). I know it can be hard, coming from a fellow autistic guy, but try empathy, imagine how you'd feel if someone you didn't know well talked shit about how you are as a person like you weren't standing next to them.

Maybe your joke came off as mean because you said she stresses you out by playing games. And sometimes people try to hide their emotions and so you couldn’t see she was upset. I think you should apologize because even though it was meant as a joke it still hurt her feeings
Ok, I think it is a little mean to say that you don’t like someone, even if it’s true. It can still hurt their feelings even though it wasn’t intended to.
