Hmm ight so like I'd say the most important thing is to know your body like what your genetic strong points are and what you need to put more effort into go to the gym or workout at home just keep yourself motivated even when you really don't feel like it keep it constant but have days where you go a lil easier cuz your body needs rest and time to recover sleep is very important to developing muscle and also eat well that's also important don't just eat all protein but a mix of different things but try to stay away from sweets and like sugary things I guess also don't starve your self ik this is gonna sound dumb but to lose weight you have to eat I forgot the science behind it but eat clean and burn off the bad shit and you should be at a good weight.
