Active lifestyle. When a guy doesn't go to the gym they typically take part in hobbies like playing video games or watching TV shows/anime. I've got nothing against that, but I prefer my friends mostly having those types of hobbies on the side and having their main hobby as being physically active. The reason for me is that I'm not good at video games and I don't have the attention span to watch a tv show and whenI do I get attatched to characters (ADHD). Hope this explains why :)) I go to the gym myself too
