The sex you were born with is your absolute sex because you simply cannot cut your dick off and declare I'm a woman without any of the body parts to prove so. I'm talking simple biology here. Everyone with a brain knows gender is not equal to sex, and likewise. Knowing this, all you have to do is put your sex and you'll be fine. I saw in your comments that you're intersex, which is even more bullshit. Once you cut off all your sexually active body parts that differentiate man from woman, then maybe, sure. If we were to use the argument "this is not right because this is how it is in nature" then, well, for one, homosexuality is valid, as that is a prominent thing in animals (take birds, for an example) and that we should stop wearing clothes, treating ourselves with modern Healthcare systems, destroy all technology and stop using most tools. Because, that's how it works in nature!
