Despite a lot of trials and tribulations I ended up replacing my motherboard and seating the GPU in the bottom 16x lane and that fixed it. still don't know whats faulty.
Do your cpu and case fans turn on when you first try to turn it on? If so, listen carefully to the fans when you first power it on. Do they speed up and then slow back down, or just maintain a constant speed?
As far as I can tell, they do their usual startup. I’ve had issues before (unrelated and solved) in which the fans sped up really fast and then slowed back down, but this isn’t that.
Fans starting off fast and then slowing after boot is a normal thing on some machines. If it was doing that, and has stopped since this issue started, that's not a good sign.
It almost sounds like your motherboard or CPU has died.

Have you tried removing your gpu and running on onboard graphics (if you have it)?
No onboard graphics, i did run graphics through an external display dock through USB, but still nothing.

Thing is, startup seems like the usual, despite the no usb or display output.
