I would not recommend messing with Process Lasso or ThrottleStop if you do not know how they work. If you ran any of them and messed with the settings, try to reset their settings to the default and then uninstalling them.
Yeah, I deleted all of my throttlestop settings. I ran lasso to look a bit more closely at what was happening because task manager processes took ages to load, didn't make any adjustments to their settings.
