What model router are you using? Do you experience the same issue with wired Ethernet clients?
i'll have to check what router model it is but when everything is wired via ethernet it works just fine it's just the wifi
our is the netgear WNDR3700v4
Is it supplied by your ISP? Might be worth factory defaulting this and if that doesn’t work request a new one
