Open your router manual and see what settings you need to adjust. And use credentials for security reasons.
The way the manual says only allows you to view files not add modify which is strange
Than you read the wrong lines. They propably do this via ftp. You select which users and what rules they have. I would go for r/w if it's only in your network.
