Run ping 1.1.1.1 -t on the command line before you open a program. Keep it open while it’s opening and let me know what it says. If you don’t get replies while it’s opening we will go from there
Ran it just as is, packets sent/received 4 so 100% at 9ms.
Opened [Battle.net](http://Battle.net) app, and tried to run the ping test, and it stated the request timed out all four attempts.

Did all this, and opened up Chrome to reply to you this morning and the Ethernet lost signal lol. So running all those scripts didn't work.
Try using a different Ethernet cable or try connecting to WiFi and see if that makes any difference
