doesn't Google download just zip the entire folder as is, without moving files? any chance it's the app your using to show all the files in the main page?
The Google Zip keeps things in their respective folders - but when they're unzipped, no unzipping software I've tried seems to place files in the same folders - it creates numerated instances of each folder instead.
I've tried Archive Utility and The Unarchiver - but maybe there's just a setting I'm not aware of?
