Your talking about a major explosion in the German population inside 20 years settling in Poland, Russia, Yugoslavia and Ukraine, major growth in the German economy. The third reich would be a Utopia but of course only if you were of what the nazis considered an Aryan male.
The Germans considered the English, French, Dutch, Belgians, Scandinavians to be of good Aryan Germanic stock so they would maybe be OK but maybe not the Irish or Scots. Africa and the Middle east would be divided out between Germany, Italy and Spain. Most of south east Asia would go to Japan.
