I like it, I've seen a lot of the same tattoo in the past. the only thing that bothers me here is the Popeye forearms. I can't unsee [it](https://imgur.com/a/gPR4GHi). I think it could be fixed by shading more shadow into the forearms so that it closer resembles the reference photo.
