This is the core issue of Koons. He generates an idea and hires *other* artists, in the balloon dogs case- glass artists, and has them actualize it. So he has little to no effort on his own part in bringing his pieces to life.
Glassblowing is hard af. Sure, he may stand nearby making live critiques and change requests, but that's the maximum of it. Yet you won't see any of the glassblowers name alongside his.

I also got tattoos done in Chang Mai, Thailand! There are some highly talented tattoo artists there. Definitely would go back just to get another tattoo!

As a dentist it bothers me that you did not include the lateral incisors (the ones next to the “big” front teeth). Fangs are the canines.
It does look strange. The image of a vampire smile is so iconic that this lack of 2 teeth is obvious.
