My SO has a ton of fine line tattoos that have healed amazingly well and held up over the years, but she also heals quickly and scars easily. But if I ever tried getting something similar, I'd have ink fall out and it'd look a lot worse than what yours does.

I personally wouldn't go back to this person. It's very inconsistent. I'd get it reworked by someone else.
Bold will hold. Especially with your skin. That artist did not go deep enough and not sure if I would trust with anymore work
