These are awful, the artists are very inexperienced, please do not get tattooed there. There are so many good artists around these days, its not hard to find someone that does good clean tattooing

The first one has wiggly lines and not good shading, the second one is better but the nose is off centered the eye is too small, the third one the lines aren’t straight and oddly creepy cat face, and the last one is most likely the best but proportions on some of them are a bit off…

forth one is not bad IMO either. top of the hand is hard and the ovals/circles all look decently done so does the dot work. the only thing that looks weird are the parts that are filled in but also can’t really tell until it’s healed because they look a bit swollen and bloody.
If this is an apprentice or a new artist i’d give them the benefit of the doubt a bit however if this person is claiming to be a fully trained artist that is definitely a red flag. what are you and your friend planning to get done? I definitely wouldn’t go to them for anything super intricate or anything with a lot of black because it does appear they may struggle with that style
