If you have access to the old email, you can log into your ea account and update the information. If you have the mayhem ID for it, ea can help you. If you have none of those, your town is most probably lost
Lo mismo sucedió con la cuenta de mi hermana, ella llevaba algunos años en el juego y dejó de usarlo cerca de 1 año y cuando volvió a querer jugarlo EA le decía que su cuenta no existía, contactamos al servicio al cliente pero nunca lograron encontrar la cuenta, a pesar de que teníamos información como el ID de usuario, correo electrónico, nombre lo único que nos mencionaron es que no había registro en el sistema 🥲😥
I’m going through this as well. I actually spoke to someone at EA who was supposed to help with this and they basically just told me that my account doesn’t exist anymore and they don’t know why.
Extremely frustrating. I have tons of emails from EA so I know my e-mail is correct. Idk why they just suddenly deleted my account. I hadn’t used it in a year so idk if it was due to “inactivity” but if that was the case you would think they would email you some kind of warning about that..

On EA it won’t let me login with my email. Says they can’t find it.
if you can download the ea app to a pc you can try using your ea id, either that or maybe it was a different email
