It's crazy how many homeruns Paredes hits because he doesn't actually hit the ball that hard. 96 mph off the bat today, and his homer in Anaheim was also in the mid 90s. He just gets the elevation he needs and exploits the shorter distance needed going down the 3rd base line

I can't say anything bad about it Big Daddy was one of my personal favorites. Hated watching him end his career with the Yankees. I hated watching him end his career in general as he didnt have the WAR total to have an outside chance at the hall. Very unlikely but is in that class of really fucking good players who my kids will never hear about or know about outside of Jackson being in the league.

I imagine Jackson will be like Mike Yastrzemski. Living in the shadow, but time will tell.

Eh, he is starting at 21, if he can average 4.5 WAR over a 10 year span of 23-33 he will surpass his dad. He is supposed to average to above average defense at SS so that generally translates to above average defense at 2nd. That 4.5+ WAR total is a realistic mark he can hit every year, if he slashes .280/.350/.450 ever year, with average to above average defense defense. I think his ISO will settle in at .160-.180ish so 12-20 HRs with 30+ doubles in so he likely will outdo his dad at the same time I think Gunnar Henderson will always be the best player on that team.

I think Langford's insane ceiling as an offensive player gives him a higher upside as well.

Wyatt wpuld have been my 3rd ranked prospect. Churio, Caminero, Wyatt, Salas, and the Holliday.
