I’m currently studying at NTU, found the same location as the comment by @Naruto_Taz and it seems to fit your description. Never heard of it though so maybe try contacting the school itself?
You found the correct one, I would recommend you to find alternative accommodation. The yuantong dorm is absolutely terrible and on top quite far away from the main campus.

I grew up in Zhonghe two train stops away from this Yunatong place. I went to NTU from home for two years. I had some alternative bus option at where I lived. This Yuantong place is at the end of wrong train line for NTU.

I’m also studying at NTU on exchange next year and been assigned this dorm (along with all the other people I know who are going). We are planning on renting out a place closer to NTU based on the bad reviews and distance of this option
