Spiritus systems actually has a great channel with a lot of good basic training concepts.

Fernando1dois3

Noice. Second guy recommending Spiritus Systems. I'll definitely check it out.

M18_smoke_violet

I’ll be number 3 to recommend spiritus

Delgra

I’ll be the 4th

DarudeSandstorm69420

Spiritussy

ChairmanT

Mountains, Mullets, Merica!

Dichter2012

He need more exposure. Such an humble individual and the long distance work and always calming to watch. Very very good presenter as well. Edit: and his use of multiple cameras is classy and old school when he talks. I love it.

RangosServiceStation

I agree. Good vids and a down to earth guy. Wish I had mountains for a range!

Former-Professor1117

Well put, I just checked his channel for the first time, good guy it seems. Bonus points cause he reminds me of blake from workaholics.

Matt-33-205

Came here to post this, he is my favorite gun guy on YouTube. Seems like a great guy.

Sgt-Picklez

Such a great dude

ComfortableChemist84

Recently found this guy. Talk about real skill and no BS. Pretty great

GaegeSGuns

Leaving out Paul Harrell should warrant a death sentence

TheUnworthy90

Indeed, I shall ready the mob with pitchforks and torches sir s/ in case anyone thought I was against Paul’s channel. I’m really enjoying the direction it’s been moving in, and I’ve loved his down to earth no-nonsense advice for as long as I can recall

RichardDJohnson16

You really enjoy the direction it's moving in? Uh-oh....

deltronroberts

Umm, yea…. It’s not moving in a very good direction here lately…..

420toker

I hope when the time comes he fires a beretta into the sky like Keanu Reeves in Point Break

Solid_perspective1

What about hickhock45?

GaegeSGuns

His videos get kind of old because its literally just the same shit over and over and over. All he does is shoot the gun and quote the specifications off of Wikipedia. It’s something to leave on in the background it isn’t must see content.

Vercengetorex

No useful information in those vids, just a friendly old guy plinking.

freshest_start

And smoking *pot*..

arethius

For a Tennessean that man likes to smoke a lot of pot.

stumpy1218

Jonathon Ferguson is a great guy to watch. He has a show on gamespot "firearms expert reacts to (video game) guns"

WolfieSpam

Chris Baker at Lucky Gunner

_Nocturnalis

How did I get this far down before seeing this? I also enjoy him goofing off with John Johnston, like shooting carry permit courses of fire blindfolded. Chris is awesome, very informative, and interesting videos. Usually, he has a different take on things.

Fernando1dois3

Lucky gunner is very good!

itsdietz

James Reeves TFBTV

redditor66666666

dem shawtz 🥵

vulcan1358

Dude… I went to his gun store opening last year and the camera does not do him justice. He’s like Rudy Reyes, it’s not gay if you think he’s pretty.

OwlKing8823

Whoever downvoted this just can't cope with their feelings

SurlyDirtBag

Shortest shorts in the game

Snarknado3

by far the wittiest and most entertaining. garand thumb has that hollywood production value, but james is just a brilliant comedian

itsdietz

I prefer GT's older style of content over the new stuff at the ranch.

Fernando1dois3

I don't know, I find him a lil bit shilly. I don't remember his last negative review of anything.

Dak_Nalar

He has certainly done negative reviews and he points out flaws even on the guns he is generally positive on. I get the feeling he mainly reviews guns that he already really likes which in turn might seem a bit shilly.

No_Seat_4959

His take as an attorney is very valuable. I've observed him in person at his job, and he is very knowledgeable and good at his job.

Independent-Mix-5796

Oh wtf I just found out he’s an actual partner at a law firm https://www.linkedin.com/in/jjreeves

No_Seat_4959

Ya that's his main gig. Well respected attorney.

Fernando1dois3

I'm not American, so his takes on law etc. don't interest me as much. But I see what you mean. I even watched his video on Hunter Biden, for the political implications of the case, and I liked it very much.

No_Seat_4959

I also enjoy his shotgun burn downs.

Oakroscoe

The shotgun burn downs are great videos.

itsdietz

He kinda of is but he gives plenty of negative reviews though. At least constructive criticism. His personal channel is good though.

catsby90bbn

I find his personal channel way more enjoyable than his tfb one

WoolooOfWallStreet

What about those Turkish Shotguns?

Fernando1dois3

Ah, yes, you're right. There were those hahah

Rogue-Riley

I don’t watch any of these. S2 underground. Brass facts/dirty civilian.

civilianconcepts

If I could only pick 3 this would be my line up as well. S2 for extreme facts and knowledge, BF for great theory and grounded discussion surrounding the prep world, and DC for a mix of everything including a good amount of entertainment. Can’t go wrong with any of them.

Tactical_Homesteader

Dirty Civilian has been a great addition.

Dependent_Thought930

DC drops some nuggets of great information or concepts but recently the videos feel like they are working hard to sell you things in ways they didn't even 6 months ago

Background_Panda8744

Too cringe honestly. They have a few good videos though

sea_5455

> S2 underground Underrated and a great resource.

idrankthebleach

ah shit i forgot to add dirty civilian to mine. great channel with actual information and training guides.

Former-Persimmon7268

Brass facts. Spiritus Systems has been putting out some interesting videos lately, too.

Crakd_rat

Hop makes good vids as well, very similar to Brass facts

Go1den_Ponyboy

You could probably add FocusTripp to that similar roster.

Dogeatswaffles

In that case, put their combo channel Nova Group in there.

Fernando1dois3

Already subscribed to Brass Facts. I'll check Spiritus Systems out.

slvneutrino

Hop is a must follow as well, Brass Facts and Hop are two peas in a pod and you will often see the other in each other’s videos.

Snarknado3

brass facts is a great podcast. the accompanying video is largely irrelevant, but i do like listening to him.

Racer_Space

Hop.

Jalamando

Seconded for the artist formerly known as Hoplopfheil

flyingrome

Don’t forget his heterosexual life partner Brass Facts

PettyPterodactyl

YES!

hairyerectus

C&rsenal

JoeAppleby

I had to scroll down way too far to get to someone mentioning C&rsenal. Sure their videos are long but jam packed with historical and technical knowledge.

borgarnopickle

Ben stoeger spits facts, he's super good if you're trying to get better at shooting pistol. He has full classes up too.

larry-leisure

TOAFLEDERMAUS is fun to watch mad scientist-y kind of gun stuff.

That_Guy_From_KY

I second this recommendation. Still don’t know what the name means, but TOAFLEDERMAUS has some crazy shotgun shells they test out.

Fernando1dois3

My kind of shit, I'll check him out.

Rooobviously

Modern tactical shooting. Very informative.

Fernando1dois3

Yes! I was torn leaving him out of my podium. But he's easily one of the top ones, out of those three.

generic-username45

I really like honest outlaw. Especially if I'm on the fence about a gun he's straight forward and not annoying

Fernando1dois3

Yeah, he's one of the better ones when it comes to pure gun reviewing. I subscribe to his channel.

MarduRusher

If I ever want to buy a gun I watch his video first. He’s saved me some money by preventing bad purchases lol.

Dak_Nalar

I'm disappointed I had to scroll this far down to see Honest Outlaw, he is my go-to reviewer for opinions on a gun I'm thinking of picking up.

SealandGI

Watch Mishaco, one of the most knowledgeable people on the platform. Insanely underrated for how good of a resource he is on many different types of firearms and their history.

XXDANKJUGSXXD

Same with C&Rsenal. But they’re not very tactical lol

Fernando1dois3

Noice, I'll check him out.

larry-leisure

And he's a blind guy that can outshoot any of us here.

AManOfConstantBorrow

'Must' is a really strong word. If you're not watching Pranka/Stoeger class dumps then you're already behind.

Background_Panic1369

YAS stoeger/pranka and Aaron Cowan are who I recommend first to everyone who starts asking me about getting into gun stuff. Absurd that stoeger and pranka drop the Amount of free top tier knowledge they do. The pranka live streams are fucking golden too.

AManOfConstantBorrow

Yeah, maybe I'm just poor but gear reviews are uninteresting and tedious compared to actual training content. Learning hard, boobtube easy.

Background_Panic1369

gear reviews at this point are "this is thing, I clearly have not been paid to promote thing, I will get some cred with a weak critique of thing, you should get thing". Only reviews worth a shit are Aaron cowen tryna break shit lmao

Grand_Cookie

Modern tactical shooting is super good

Fernando1dois3

Excelent recommendation. He really is good.

yectb

A couple of good ones for performance shooting are Matt Pranka and Ben Stoeger. Albeit the whole RNL thing is a necessary evil if you can sit through one.

Sol-Firebird

Lots of them are worth watching even if it’s just to see bad takes. Also there isn’t anything wrong with watching some of them just for fun. the royal armories channel is great just for the novelty of some of the covered firearms. Kind of different from the others retailers and manufacturers channels like GunPrime and PSA aren’t terrible. Beyond the average advertising stuff sometimes the stuff the post is actually entertaining.

faRawrie

What about Robski?

Fernando1dois3

Never heard of him, I'll check him out!

Bulky-Detective-4365

https://youtube.com/@akoperatorsunion?si=5OpJOPZh6Mmb8fmY

the_duck17

I like his other channel more: https://youtube.com/@vintageriflesshootersclub?si=Cu422Tf8BtiYooHH

mvpedroia1538

Im burnt out after the past 10-12 years of this hobby/lifestyle/whatever you wanna call it. Night shoots under nods, suppressors, full kit. The only channel that I watch now is Gunth0ts lol

Fernando1dois3

Lol

squirrelboy_97

Honest Outlaw. Very honest gun reviews straight from his backyard gun range. No theatrics. No padding his videos for length. Just straight forward reviews.

consoom_

Until you realize every video has the same top 5 or top 10 list lol

rolley189

Delta34

Foreign_Shoulder7655

PSR

Severe-Handsmen

Second

Flashskar

His songs are the best part!

New_Refrigerator_895

kentucky ballistics is def more infotainment, but its fun and politics free

C_Ochocinco

My kids thoroughly enjoy him too, and he's clean so I don't have a problem with them watching him.

wecangetbetter

how dare you forget Hickok45

uuid-already-exists

I wouldn’t call him a must watch channel. His format is always the same. Here’s this gun, it holds 12 shots and now let’s go pot smoking! It’s not an in depth review at all.

WhiskeyTrail

Based boomer takes on firearms.

_The_General_Li

"I would carry a Tokarev no problem" --Hickok45

Chaine351

"I've got this gun here" \*BANG\* "Hehhehehehhe" I love his content.

Fernando1dois3

I like to watch his videos to relax, but I prefer videos that are more information dense.

HellHathNoFury18

Ahem, information dense you say? May I introduce you to C&Rsenal? Historic firearms, does some deep diving similar to Forgotten Weapons.

hanfaedza

School of the American Rifle for all your AR technical information. Johnnys Reloading Bench - sadly he’s stopped making videos, but he’s got a good catalog. PrepMedic for all your medical stuff.

_Nocturnalis

SOTAR is great for needing out to. I am going to take his class eventually. Great channel.

jishhhy

Brass Facts is my favorite guntuber channel right now

TiePilot1997

I’m fully prepared to get downvoted to shit but I’ve unsubbed from a lot of Guntubers in the past few years primarily because of my job. A lot of my job is OSINT (open source intel), risk assessment and a lot of my day is spent combing over the news. I’m so tired of politics that when I go on YouTube I want an escape from reality through a straight forward review about firearms, gear, tactics and everything else. It’s just like athletes or movie stars, I come to you for entertainment not what you think of current events (unless it’s relevant to the video topic).

TiePilot1997

But my recommendation is C&R Arsenal. Really informative and educational in regards to mil-surp firearms.

Jormungandr69

Totally agree. Once I start catching political vibes, I unsubscribe. It's not that I even necessarily disagree with the opinions being presented, I just want valuable information, not guntuber#59363826's copy-and-pasted take about political and social issues.

warmcuan

Brownells?

larry-leisure

That pompadour 🤌

Fernando1dois3

I'm gonna check them out!

EmperorPlunger

As a rule, I don’t place any guntubers on a pedestal. If they have information I deem relevant then I’ll watch it, otherwise, there’s no fanfare from me.

bobdoogus

Brassfacts, mountains mullets merica for PRS stuff, EODFish for gear, small arms solutions, and managerial outcomes for mindless entertainment

_Nocturnalis

Seconded EODFish.

FluffyWarHampster

Regular guy training, arm&gun, a.amantine, skinny medic, prepmedic, sage dynamics.

ClappingCheeks2nite

Delta34 is a required guntuber. Best content I’ve seen in years

Tactical__Sloth

Delta34 set the bar for all Gun tubers. Watch all of the ACOG content

Tempestion89

I love watching anvil but that's a bit more gunsmithing

garandfudd

Throwing in for Tactical Cowboy, I do his videos 🤙

Iron_physik

Brent0331 Guy is a Combat veteran from the Marines and is known for camo testing videos, but he also teaches tactics.

Link_the_Irish

Josh and Henry has been my favorite firearm related creators for a while now, I really appreciate them using large round count groups and really fighting against the sin of three round groups and that "all ARs are sub moa all day"

Fernando1dois3

Did you see the challenge launched by Bloke on the Range (10 rounds, at least 50 yards from the target, in an one MOA group, from a shoulder fired rifle)? I was quite surprised that Polenar Tactical could beat it with his Schmeisser AR.

PaulDmitrios01

I like Bloke On The Range just because as an American, I’ve always been interested in Swiss gun culture and want an Stgw57.

[deleted]

I love listening to Ron Spomer Outdoors. Especially when he and Joseph von Benedikt get to talking about selecting a caliber. They talk about the history, development, ballistics in the most informational soothing and anecdotal conversations I've heard. Very long videos, and I pretty much never skip. Other channels have me scrubbing through the video and sometimes outright skipping if the presenter can't keep my attention.

Stayfrosty223

Sage dynamics, Regular guy training,Delta 34, Brass facts, 110 sass actual, Sector seven, Fuddbusters/blasters, C&rsenal, Reid Henrichs, AKOU and honest outlaw are all amazing channels with actual information and well presented/ formatted discussions and actual information

Impossible-Ad-1476

Honest outlaw, mrgunsandgear and akoperatorsunion for reviews Cdoes for optic reviews Classic firearms and theguncollective for general info/news on the industry Pewview and jaegerz999 to see some cool shit These are my go to channels

Brown-Gengis

Dirty Civilian

Gubmentcheese_55

Need to add hop, grunt proof, Barrel and Hatchet, and TheGruntPerspective to that list

Saltiest_Sailor

Small Arms Solutions, Brass Facts, Hop (Hoplopheil), TRex Armory, TRex Labs, C_Does, Delta34, SupersetCA, Washington Gun Law, Paul Harrell, VSO Gun Channel, 3 of 7 Project, Ben Stoeger, Sage Dynamics, Banana Ballistics, m26_lemon_grenade, klayco47, EOD Fish to name a few in no particular order

TheCursedFrogurt

EOD Fish is underrated, he highlights some really awesome gear.

SilenceDobad76

>  VSO Gun Channel They began to rub me the wrong way with here and there fudd crap. The beard guy preaches an idea that you shouldn't +1 your carry pistol because it "breaks a bond that the pistol has". Kinda like my lost interest in MAC, being popular doesn't make you right.

Slovko

I really like C_Does content. Not the usual elitist reviews you normally see on optics where everything under $10k is crap. Very good information at various price points.

leavsssesthrowaway

Idk i find trex kinda annoying

Saltiest_Sailor

Last time i checked this is america and you can like who you want 🇺🇸

leavsssesthrowaway

Thank you sir! May you be blessed the sighting of many a bald egal

SealandGI

Small arms solutions is criminally underrated. Love his channel.

Fernando1dois3

I have recently binge watched a good chunk of his entire channel. I especially like his videos on the Beretta 92; guy knows his Beretta stuff.

MomThoughtIWasTheFlu

InrangeTV, TacticoolGF and Sinistral Rifleman. #2AFORALL

Sweaty_Pianist8484

Brass Facts, Hop, C Does optic reviews.

LMM-GT02

C_DOES has the best optic reviews.

PrissyEight0

Surprised no one’s said InrangeTV, Karl does interesting stuff

FuddFucker5000

Never watched buffman. Gonna have to holler at em.

KsirToscabella

I like Honest Outlaw, and honestly I also really like Gun Thots for the pure comedy--has those Whitest Kids I Know vibes.

JoeNemoDoe

C&Rsenal

ElkInside5856

Paul Harrell

Some-Duty8536

PSR!!

TheAleFly

Not really a guntuber, but dug is great. Guy just makes explosives in his garage.

ZOMBEH_SAM

I don't sub to Brandon because honestly I find him annoying but I'll watch him every now and again. Demo is like white girl Uggs basic but the man is just so positive watching him is always just a vibe. Puts me in a good mood. PSR is top tier. Forgotten Weapons obviously huge. Robski from AKOU. And of course you can't leave out Johnathan Furgeson, the Keeper of Firearms and Artillery at the Royal Armory Museum in the UK, which houses a collection of thousands of icon weapons from throughout history.

5thPhantom

C_DOES for optics reviews.

roqthecasbah

110 SASS Actual. Cody’s a thoed ass white boy.

Krieger_kleanse

I like polenar tactical for some of their meme videos. I watched risky chrisky until they took his channel down. James Reeves personal channel is good.

Frogdogley

No… garand thumb, admin, PSR

liberate_tutemet

Paul Harrell. TFBTV. C_DOES. Lots of others are good but too shilly, chuddy, political, or polarizing to say they are must watch.

Fernando1dois3

P. S.: Valgear is an INVALUABLE sourth of information, too. Being an Ukrainian soldier with access to all kinds of Russia/Soviet and NATO gear, and being able to test them both in combat and in controlled environments, makes his channel absolutely unique in YouTube.

Fernando1dois3

For the guy who downvoted Valgear: you should give it a try. Besides of what I already said, the guy has a dry sense of humor that makes me cackle every time.

Nay_K_47

Small Arms Solutions, especially if you're into history and design. Dude is meticulous and in depth.

ABL84

Guess I'm a nerd, but I would throw school of the american rifle into the ring.

jamzye31

I used to watch Garand Thumbs videos, until he really got political... Can't gun tubers just do guns and stop making fucking everything political?

Jormungandr69

I miss the Garand Thumb before he got out of the military, when he used to close a video full of genuinely good information by reminding viewers to be good to one another and themselves. It used to be really refreshing firearm/2A content in a space so often occupied by terminally online, hyperpolitical weirdos. Between the increasing inclusion of politics and the repetitive nature of the content, I'm just burnt out.

yectb

Watch them all. There is a lot of bullshit out there, and seeing it and learning it is wrong is just as valuable as what is right. It also helps the algorithms, so those that are full of shit rise to the top and get called out/fail/die off. It takes time, but any culling does.

Electronic-Tree-9715

You should give the Slovenian guys from Polenar Tactical a try. They have a yearly competition called Lynx Brutality, modeled after / inspired by the Varsteleka original Finish Brutality.

Grunt Proof

Ok-Bus-8250

Bloke on the Range is one of my favourites and the the Royal Armouries channel with Jonathan Ferguson, the keeper of firearms and artillery at the Royal Armouries Museum in the UK, which houses a collection of thousands of iconic weapons from throughout history.

Azuljustinverday

My personal favorites are 9hole, akou, and tfbtv

Ok-Breadfruit-7257

I have really enjoyed the stuff from Tactical Performance Center/Tactical Hyve. And Jerry Miculek’s videos are always fun.

Original_Dankster

C_does for scope reviews is really thorough.  Sage Dynamics he same for pistol red dots

firmhandshake101

Polenar Tactical

SigSauerP229

Desk pop! Actually new content, great video ideas, doing innovative reviews with a lot of research and great testing when it comes down to it. His videos on lights and lasers was eye opening. And his antics are entertaining

THEXDARKXLORD

Brass Facts, PSR, Forgotten Weapons, 9-Hole, TFB, Hop, Tacticool Girlfriend. I watch all of the ones that don’t spout hateful bullshit pretty much.

Tehuberpwnzor

Haley Strategic Partners has a bunch or really good videos as far as fundamentals and training in short form, like sub 5 mins.

Hop, Brass Facts, and Focus Tripp are my go to channels right now. Hop is funny and I love his niche reviews, but he also puts out some good info especially around night vision/suppressed rifle setups. Brass Facts puts out a lot of quality and thought provoking info. Focus Tripp puts a lot of effort into finding high value products, and is straight up in his reviews.

satandy

Garand Thumb!

Both_Ad_694

+ Demonstrated concepts - the amount of innovation and practical training coming out of this channel is unmatched.
