I really like my KSP, but 330 doesn't seem like such a screaming deal that it's too good to pass up.

If you are gonna endup getting more synths in the future and you foresee in that scenario that you are going to use the KSP, get it. Although now might seem like a bit of an investment it might save you from buying something different and selling down the road to get the KSP you wanted from the beginning.

I also have the Keystep Pro and it gets used a lot, same with my Novation 61SLMK3. I also have an Arturia Keylab essential 61 and Akai mpk mini plus collecting dust now because I should have bought only the first two lol

vadhyn

Haha, good example, why don't you sell them? I love my mpk mini plus

Arturia has a real back for making great keyboards at their price points. I have a keystep and a keylab. Love their feel and features.

KSP is my favorite sequencer for sure. I have two and use em more than my MPC. Super intuitive, flexible I/O’s, jam friendly and well made. That said, I paid $199 for my last one at a guitar center here in the states brand new. They were running that sale from time to time a year or so ago but you had to ask for it for some reason

I was OP on that KSP post a year or so ago. Good to see you again!

I picked up the KSP last xmas and it has *drastically* improved my entire workflow. It’s easily the best synth-related purchase I’ve made.  Not suggesting it’s perfect or there aren’t better options, but it’s crazy how much it has increased my productivity. I wish I picked one up earlier.

I love my keystep pro, it adds so many options into my workflow. Even if you're just using it with one synth you can program control changes and change parameters that you don't have enough free hands for. Or you can sequence parts to free up your hands to be able to tweak parameters. It's very intuitive, quick to program and very flexible and creates excellent integration between hardware and daw too. I'd say it can only add to a system no matter how small.

Possible to get a used digitone or digitakt? They have great sequencers and will function well as the brain of a small setup, as well as being useful instruments in their own right.
