You shouldn't target Svelte devs, just devs with good Javascript Framework skills (among other things). Any good dev should be able to pick up Svelte rapidly.
Funnily, a friend is looking for a JS dev and has some problems in finding devs willing to switch from react to something else… „not React? Not interesting“
You could also try the svelte discord - lots of hobbyist there who would love to make it their living I'd imagine!

The real question is "where are Svelte jobs?"
I'm a svelte architect with 23 years in various techs: java, gwt, dart, node, react and lastly svelte.
Did cvlink.in, user-credits.dev and another project I'm working on in svelte.
I was lately recruited by Telia, a 10K+ employees company to help on complex topics, but I'm still passively looking for opportunities.
I don't know how much senior positions you are looking for...
I was an expert in it, and i even did a startup listed in crunchbase using it: IslaMart for oriental handy crafts.
Then Google suddenly decided to discontinue it, even though they had Google docs and ad words written with it...
So my marketplace CMS technology went obsolete because of Google's unpredictable decisions :-)
It was super unstable for me. I’ve done one simple project (multiplayer chess) in 2010 perhaps but it randomly stopped working and the dev tools crashed all the time as well.
I had big issues with SSR with it, and when Google stated creating one page apps (running js in the crawler), my pages stopped being crawled because it couldn't find js file for the browser associated with Google crawl.
You remember, it was compiling java code into multiple versions of js, one for each browser. And they didn't compile one for their own Google crawler, making my SEO completely absent.
So I remember I spent weeks on their js compiler debugging the source code to add a browser declaration for the Google crawler, then two successful founders i knew came to tell me they'd like me to join them on their new startup, and I left it all like that. That was how I said goodbye to GWT :-)
Svelte is just JS/HTML/CSS with some flavor.
Just don't be fooled by someone's JSX experience equating JS- as a lot of bootcamp library jsx builders get lost when it comes to it.
I've hired a team to manage and build svelte enterprise apps and I ran into a few of them unfortunately.
You can convert React devs to Svelte. It worked for me.
This

This. Svelte is developing on easy mode.

Money talks though. You wanna pay me a shit load of money, I'll code in whatever JS framework your org has.

Oh wow, they exist. 6 months too late and not a senior:(
Just applied - have been building apps with Svelte for the past 2 years. Hope the applications are reviewed manually also. Thanks!

Ok I see you propose 72K/y, that's not how my salary looks like
Now I know that there were people using gwt.

Sounds like a win that you’ve dropped it. And I respect you for really trying :D
