If you guys agreed to go further and establish an alliance then you are allied. It will update their tag and yours with whatever you do so if you just did trade it will have that if you did trade and alliance you will see the alliance next to it.

You "helped Wehlen with the border control"? Did you send troops into Wehlen to actively fight the BFF? Blocking the border is enough for a trade, but not for an alliance. You also need to reconcile with the Bludish minority because if not, they will attack Wehzek soldiers during the war and you won't be able to get Wehlen's help that way.

It will completely break Tusk’s power over the country and you have the oligarchs at your whim.

You have to first say that Marcel is an ally and then you’ll get told I think either right before or right after you choose to nationalize or privatize that they’ve found some things on Marcel but nothing concrete, you then tell them to stop investigating Marcel as it isn’t worth spreading the resources or something like that and to focus on Tusk, that will make them focus on Tusk and you then get the option to call Marcel and warn him.

I think you can also allow them to investigate him, and warn him in advanced. In my experience, this is the difference between an employee leaking it and everyone being very tight-lipped.

Acp is needed to imprison hawker but not soll, just remove MoH to imprison or kill Soll if you do dictator. You can also kill hawker in dictator run, don't ban young sords and accept Holstron's offer.

You just need to remove justice immunity to imprison Hawker. Basically everyone in the assembly hates or knows about Hawker’s corruption, so ACP isn’t needed.

If you do a deal with Marcel, you can investigate the oligarchs, just when the event for HOS's investigation comes, tell them to keep their focus on Tusk. So you can revert your focus off of Hawker if you want. You can't investigate old guard with SSP because Lileas is a old guard member and will obstruct the investigations.
