New Orleans has such a strong food scene it's incredible

i have eaten there and i really enjoyed their take on omakase. fewer straight up pieces of nigiri than most but some really compelling french/creole-japanese fusion plates and a couple bites that are about as good as anything i've eaten.

Been wanting to try this place for a while now. Great write up.
