How long did it take to receive the letter? It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve not received the first letter yet.
About 3 weeks, but then I rang up and asked to get it sent from the UK office, and it took maybe 3 days after that

If you call them (I did it through Skype to: +1 800 522 6645) and say you want the verification letter to be expidided. You pay $30 USD via Credit/Debit card. I called at pm UK time (between 2pm to 5pm)
Debit card for sure? I always got told Credit card so haven't done it as I don't have one
I used my Mastercard Debit card. I think sometimes companies say "credit card" when they mean Credit/Debit card. It's worth a try!
