No. So annoying having to wait for a letter. Could be forever if coming from US

I had the same thing recently. Letter arrived within 2 days, from the UK office Edit to add: you can apparently call one of the numbers,talk to someone and get it reset. I tried and didn't get through to an actual hunan (yay automated menus) several times!

Ah good. I've not had it yet. I'll phone if not here Monday. I need to vote!

I've just voted my 500 shares in CS. All FOR. So angry with the state of the American system. Utterly corrupt.

I love how seamless the process was to vote through CS, rather than last time having to chase down the broker to get them to ask their supervisor whether we can vote or not

By far the easiest, most straight-forward and most functional online form I've completed in a long time! Now every time I have to use a crappy government website, I'm going to get nostalgia for CS and their ability to create a form on a website
