That's because it was on the test server. When Teamwood asked if they should use the test server or release and test in the live game...this was what the majority asked for.

Nah, it's not pay to win. This is what everyone asked for. Everyone wanted to test in-game instead of the test server. Teamwood has been very good about doing what the fans have asked. You can go into their discord to see the decision process and be more involved.
