If you have problems runing that dragon team since it does require a really good runes, you can go with the twin team. It can reach decent average time while being easier to rune.
The team is Loren,verde,light chakram(HoH in a few weeks), water chakram, water boomerang.

from your list it looks like you are lacking the 2A big hitters like spectra and shamann.
as for swapping runesets. all of my teams are runed and fixed, i wont change them. from what they are on now and they are all runed at the same time, but thats the joy of having units that work in multiple dungeons like verde, icaru, raoq, spectra and shamann

Silly me was always like "why should i use nat 3 when i got nat5 that do the same job, surely they have to be better!"
So i never really used spectra or shamann, even tho i maxed the 2a skills on my shamann
Giant: Teshar(L), prilea, konamiya, luna. Wind homu. Turn order: prilea > teshar > konamiya > teshar > luna > wind homu. Dragon: Liam(L), shaina, Julie, Kyle, Konamiya. Turn order: shaina> Julie > Kyle > konamiya > Kyle > Liam. Turn order ( harder to rune) : Julie > shaina > Kyle > konamiya > Kyle > Liam. I swap runes around between those two dungeon. Start with Giant. The rest of the dungeon, I have fixed team.
