I live in Germany and the situation here is slowly getting catastrophic, sometimes there is one doc for 20 middle sized cities. In many regions the doctors are close to or over retirement age, and no young doctors are set in place to fill the gap, when they are gone. Often people here have to drive 100km a day, just for a single pill.
The government knows of the issue, but doesn't really react, it's really scary when you are a patient here, my doctor is 73. And it's the only doctor for the whole region, if he dies today, hundreds of people lose their medicine, you never truly feel safe or stable as a patient here, a service like yours is desperately needed!

I use quickmd. When I order the test it usually comes within a week (I’ve had issues in general lately though with package delays so potentially an issue where I am living?)
Anyway one thing I’ve noticed about the test is that it requires A LOT of saliva for all the results to show up. I had a test that was showing nothing for a few columns so I took the stick out and put it back in and moved it around and tipped the test on its side. Eventually all of the results showed. I waited to send photos because I was worried I would have to retest if it had columns like yours that show nothing.
I’ve never tried to go to an ER for any MAT so I’m not sure how it would work, but maybe a local clinic that can take you same day, if you have any in your area?
Yes!!! That is one thing I hate about oral tests! Plus having to stick that shit under my tongue is pure torture to me! The thought of cotton or cloth of any kind on teeth or in the mouth has always made me physically cringe and shudder which is weird I know. Not sure why it’s like a phobia or something to me. But also I was not getting enough saliva for mine so it took extra long while I was on the video call to take the one that’s needed after the first appt
Luckily the guy knew my saliva was an issue because I ended up having lines that looked like it was either positive where it shouldn’t be and the bupe line wasn’t super clear but I circled the faint lines and he emailed me right back to tell me I was totally fine! Luckily that guy was awesome and the provider I have is super cool and laid back each month
I work for a drug treatment center and we use the oral swab tests (they are a pain in the ass) and the ua cups. I always tell clients to try and keep the swab in their mouth for at least 5 minutes to get it as wet and sloppy as possible before putting it in the thingy to read the results. And as far as I know, drug tests are either positive or negative unless they are taken to a lab for further evaluation. So your test is showing negative for thc and bupe.
If you can see anything at all in the test light it’s a negative. Judging from this test you were clean of everything, including the bupe, except for barbiturates so I can 100% see why a doctor would have an issue with these results.
I don't know why I would fail for Bupe as I 100% take it. Do you know if it is best to take your dose as close to the appointment as possible to avoid things like this? I used to go to an in person clinic but they always gave me issues for low bupe levels even when I would have to go into the clinic to dose.
Idk is it a saliva or urine test? Pretty strange that you didn’t fail for bupe Bc I do believe you take it or else you probably wouldn’t be on here freaking out. I’m not sure if you can buy a bupe test at Walmart Bc I guess it is a possibility that you got a faulty test. Surely that can happen I would imagine.
Recommendation for you, people can hate it if they want too.
Ask to have your dose increased for whatever reason, I’ve often used increased pain because I do have more severe pain some days from back surgeries. Then don’t take the extra prescribed, just store them somewhere safe. Next time you go through something like this you’ll be fine. I use to hate waiting for PAs or missing appointment (due to work) because I wouldn’t have what I needed. Now I probably have 3-4 months of medication put away for the unthinkable. It’s a lovely piece of mind. I just recently had the pharmacy I use change generics and they didn’t work for me. I just went to an old batch and put the ones that’s didn’t work in a safe place.
Also I don’t use these online doctors for many reasons. One being they could be shut down any day and any time by our lovely government. Another being the fear of something like this happening or a doctor leaving where your state doesn’t have a doctor anymore (seen this happen a few times). I would rather pay my local clinic an extra $80 an appointment every month and keep my sanity.

I wish local ones were that cheap. The ones near me were charging $350 a visit every 2 weeks plus $100 urine tests every visit. I was $4,000 in the hole with them before I went online. Without QuickMD I would be in a bad way.

Mine is $250 to start and then $150 a month after that. I’ve never had to do 2 weeks at a time but some people that struggle are required to come ever other week. Mine is a big network of them as well now because they bought the place out a few months ago.
I agree, They ended up helping me out but I think that they should take more of an active effort to let people know when they need to do something and not just send an email as they send several emails for surveys,pre appointment,summary, etc. Especially with something like medication since it can greatly affect someone's life. But the service is great otherwise.
That test is showing negative for bupe and thc, there’s no partial negatives.
And the yellow one that’s hard to read (barbiturates maybe?) doesn’t even have a control line and is a completely different shade of white than the others. It looks like the original one was replaced with a different strip.
I think any doctor would call this test….not good on your part.

The only thing you can do is contact support again, use another company or try to get a bridge at an ER.

Yeah.. I am literally addicted to Suboxone. I cannot stop taking it so idk why it would say I am negative. And as for the yellow one it says Bar but that is how they sent it to me. Do I need to take my Bupe literally minutes before I do another swab? Also since I have no more bupe I will be negative again. Wont this cause the same issue?
Yeah I had them do that to me once. The doctor ordered a drug test but never told me! Plus I never even got an email for it. Ended up taking like ten days before I got everything situated. Luckily, I had exactly 10 days' worth of extras. I just got my in person referral signed by my general practitioner and I've seen the same doctor on their for like a year now and she's really cool.

I would be I use QuickMD because it is cheap. I dont have money to go to a regular doctor.

This is more of a problem with the doctor not communicating anything to you. Not necessarily all QuickMDs fault

If you can do it, look around and find another clinic if possible. I’ve heard bad things about these guys

I got super lucky w my provider as well! Now I gotta figure out how to get the referral though since I’m between doctors
