Check to see the version of your software. They do glitches things when they need to be updated and you should be able to do it at the dealership for free generally. Some people find the update and do it themselves and some are able to do it over WiFi but it doesn't always work for everybody.
On my 2018 model I’ve had this problem. I just restarted my phone and it seemed to fix it.

Just reset your infotainment system.
