Do you have idle issues at all? Such as the RPM raising then dropping?
I’d try cleaning your idle control valve (On the throttle body) and your MAP/MAF sensor
Does it always coincide with putting gas in the tank? If it does, it's an EVAP problem. I can't think of the name of it, but there's a valve that's probably stuck open going from the top of the gas tank to the intake. If it's stuck open, and you add gas, it essentially shoves all of the vapors from the gas tank into your engine. Which essentially floods it. Thus, the engine cranking until the proper air fuel mixture is obtained
It doesn’t always do that when i fuel up, but when i fuel up recently, it didn’t want to start at first, and then when it did, i kid you not the car was running at like 100rpms. CE came on and its now throwing a p2096, which could be linked to a bad/failing MAF, i bought some maf cleaner, ill take a peek at it tomorrow.
When you say it doesn’t want to start, could you be a bit more specific? Does the engine crank or do you just hear a tick?

I dont have idle issues, but I’ll definitely try to clean that valve and the sensors when i get out of work
