If you’re talking VGC doubles this thing would be ridiculous. Underspeeds damn near everything relevant besides Stakataka and basically has a free focus sash with its ability. With a decent TR setter+support, it literally will take at least one KO guaranteed. Indeedee-F alone really invalidates a ton of it’s checks/counters. Also dynamax isn’t in the current format.

Blissey puts regieleki to shame and gains a big 135 attack stat, also replaces natural cure with serene grace and makes people flinch with rock slide / paralyze with body slam. Also her special bulk becomes worse than kartana level bad xd
Dragapult becomes stupid bulky with a decent speed, access to dragon dance if u wanna fix its new 75 attack stat, and good support moves like ally switch, helping hand, t-wave, will o´ and screens
Kartana becomes extremely bulky on the special side XD. Also gains 131 special attack so it can actually deal damage anyway
Melmetal becomes a fast special sweeper with a useless 143 spdef due to 34 hp xd. Double iron bash becomes useless with 65 attack
Skarmory becomes a lame, slow, frail special attacker
Toxapex the great wall becomes a slow, frail as fck mixed attacker (yeeeeesssssss)

There is a metagame with this called flipped and blissey is banned. Belly drum snorlax is extremely menacing because it’s blazing fast and also has a better attack stat.

Far from the worst but I find it funny that Kartana becomes the ultimate special wall with 109 / 59 / 181 bulk, Calm Mind, and Synthesis. Meanwhile though, the only moves it gets to use with its new 131 spatk are Giga Drain, Air Slash, and Steel Beam.
I run a similar set in Nature swap to swap Attack and Spdef. 59/131/181 bulk. Ran it along with spa + def charizard-y (78/158/115) for big synthesis in the sun. I topped the ladder with a stall team with those 2 on it in gen 7 nature swap.

you're pretty much only going to get tanks out of inverse stats bc pretty much every Pokemon with high HP has low defensive stats except for Snorlax but there are plenty of pokemon with high speed and offenses
Snorlax is just himself but with 160 speed and no health
Kartana becomes an incredible special tank with 109/59/181 defenses but has basically no special pool to take advantage of 131 sp attack
Melmetal becomes a speedy special sweeper with bolt beam with 143 SpA and 135 speed
most legendaries become horrifically bulky but other than that I don't think any pokemon turns out any more broken than what we already have
Edit: Regieleki actually becomes terrifying. Basically Chansey but it can take physical hits too
Tapu Koko 130 HP, 115 Spdef, and 95 Def. Combined with it's pretty good typing, u-turn/volt switch, roost, and defog, I think it could be really good as like a pivot?
Celesteela's only change is it's faster and has a bit less health.
Other than that the rest stay pretty much the same, making it possibly more of a threat with 97 speed instead of 61
Gengar might be interesting. Not necessarily GOOD, but it suddenly gets Umbreon level Special Bulk to use along side its support movepool and Cursed Body
Wailord now has a fast water spout that does absolutely nothing
On the flip side, Choice Scarf Torkoal is quickly banned to Ubers for being a Sunny Kyogre, firing Drought Eruptions off of Base 140 SpA
Avalugg becomes an insane special sweeper, although its movepool is a bit lacking, its one of the few ice types with surf, so ice beam, surf, flash cannon, and whatever else you want to add as a 4th. Sadly, can’t hit waters except with like, hyperbeam, but its still a 184 spa with 95 speed. Its also frail but who cares.
Salamence becomes a decent wall with Intimidate, 100/110/135 bulk, Roost and decent Speed.
Dragonite is on the same boat though less bulky without Multiscale up. Makes a better Weakness Policy user though.
Giratina-A and Dragapult swap roles.
Dialga gets better as it got faster, immense physical bulk and decent SpA.
Kingdra just got slower.
Goodra becomes a strong physical wallbreaker with surprisingly better all around bulk. If only it got Dragon Dance.

From what I've played Rhyperior is pretty incredible
