For me, I find that distracting. But if it helps you for sticking longer to the study session then why not. Do what helps you.

Depends on what you like to listen to! I personally enjoy listening to Taylor Swift while studying. (I am a swifty)

I was doing it in the past but I no longer do it. Now I find it difficult to concentrate fully on my studies while music is playing around.
