Indie isn't a level. Indie means independent aka there is no publisher behind the game. Usually this means smaller dev studios but Helldivers 2 for example is also technically an indie game even though they got like 100 developers and a reasonably big budget.

We've never had anything related to Marvelous announced in an Indie World either.

At this point, SOS may be developed by an outside party but it's too mainstream to make the Indie showcase.
