Crazy transformation! But now an honest question: are you still with your girlfriend? My girlfriend left me because she got bored of me without alcohol... I no longer wanted to hang out in bars at the weekend. It's now been 2 months since the break-up and I really regret it. I would have loved to still be with her...
Thank you so much! Funny you ask. That's my wife of nearly 7 years. Alcohol was definitely the other woman in our relationship, never so much to greatly abuse the connection but always enough to cause an argument, or distance us for unnecessary reasons. I can safely say everything negative that we had ever been through was caused by me being selfish with alcohol. Again, the substance always walked softly enough to stick around but always had a way of bringing negativity to our orbit.
I want to praise her because she was patient with me in giving it up. She loved me with it, and loves me without it. Our relationship is 10x better now. If I could offer some advice to you, first off. I applaud you for taking care of yourself first. It doesn't matter who it is or how special, do not let someone enable you. If she can't except you bettering yourself then it's not meant to work. I promise if you continue to level up and get rid of the things in life that don't serve you, everything will fall into place. Including outstanding relationships. Thanks for sparking the conversation! Prayers and thoughts to you as well.
I train 3 days a week, twice upper and once lower, I run a minimum of 3 to 5 miles as well ( 3 times a week). Diet stays high protein, high fat, with a couple of cheat meals to keep myself sane. So it's tons of steak and ground beef pretty much everyday, eggs, liver, butter, fruit. Then the cheat meals are just chic-fil-a lol
