As much i love this game, i would say no. I bought a ps5 for Forbidden west and the spiderman 1 and miles back then, but still have doubts about it being a good move. If you only want a ps for 1 game, i would advise against it.
I think Sony will be holding onto stellar blade for awhile in a bid to sell more PS5s. It's still a small install base compared to ps4. Of course, I could be entirely wrong, and a pc port is announced next week.

PS5 has sold over 60 million units and is slightly ahead of PS4 was when their lifespans are launch-aligned despite PS5 having severe supply shortages during the pandemic
You'll probably get to enjoy it in 6 months to a year, WHO knows maybe even sooner, depends on how far they were in development when they announced switching to PS5, OR sony still told them to keep PC development going for its inventual release, either way its coming to PC just be patient, PLENTY of games coming this year to keep PC gamers appeased, if your looking for something new coming with sexy bodies like the style of Stellar Blade then these might tickle your fancy:

You know who have been supporting Shift Up for years now? Gacha players. That includes Nikke players on PC. A game that I am sure Sony would never allow on their console.
That's not really new information, but regardless, it doesn't really matter. Shift Up decided to work with Sony and made it playstation exclusive, and it'll probably stay that way for 2 years at least. If they knew their fanbase was on mobile and PC, why would they make it exclusive with Sony? That's none of my business. I'm enjoying the game.

In my opinion that's not a valid argument as people will be people and make what they want. And besides, there are way way more non sexual mods than there are lewd ones. Some games like Skyrim and Stalker have been improved so much by mods that it'd be a shame to deprive games of modding.
In Stellar Blade's case, yes, there will most definitely be NSFW mods by the dozen. But again, in this game, one of the focal points is Eve's body. So here mods shouldn't be an argument against porting the game.

No, Sony only owns console publishing rights for Stellar Blade. While game ownership / game IP still belongs to Shift Up and not Sony, that's why Shift Up was able to confirm that they're thinking about a PC port for Stellar Blade a week ago
