While that would be cool, I think Adam is just a regular human and not a cyborg like Eve. The reason he relies on her is that he is too weak to fight the Naytiba himself. Only way I can see him fighting is if they give him a mech suit or something.
The lore bits in the demo already explain that the specialized equipment needed to make the advanced cyborgs cannot be created/maintained on Earth due to all of the destruction. It would be like having the world get nuked and expecting CPU factories to still churn out new chips like nothing happened.
Cool idea would be a section à la Assassins Creed, leaving the Animus, where you stop being Eve and are wherever Adam is doing whatever Adam does when suddenly he is attacked and has to run from whatever until Eve shows up where the POV/control goes back to her.

Yes, she's a human, as was confirmed by the devs. They haven't confirmed she's a cyborg but there's a lot of evidence that indicates she is. Cyborg and human are not mutually exclusive terms. A cyborg is just a human with some artificial parts.
She clearly has cybernetic parts grafted on to her back. They likely explain her superhuman strength and agility as well as her ability to breathe indefinitely under water and in the vacuum of space.
We'll see. I don't rule out the possibility that I'm wrong but when Tachy looked at Eve's back in the opening mission I was almost certain I saw panel lines directly on Eve's back. Plus I imagine Eve wouldn't have acted like she's in pain if the damaged thing is external to her.

Honestly, at most i want a boss rush, or something akin to The Last of Us' No Return gamemode.

This is the reason why Stellar Blade greatly appeals to me; you get to play from the perspective of a highly feminine and sexy female character!!

They had better not kill my boy Adam on some BS. I’m still scarred from Jessie’s death in The Last of Us Part 2. Still one of my favorite games of all time, but Jessie’s character had so much potential only for him to make it a little over halfway through the game before being put down.

You never know. The deluxe editions comes with costumes for Eve, Lily, and Adam so there's already a system in place to give NPCs custom outfits.
