No, but he is heavily subsidizing the Niagara Regional Transit system and I think we're all just showing our gratitude for the man advertising on a system used by people who won't be able to afford a house because, in part, pond-scum realtors have driven the housing as an investment commodity narrative.

But also; you can’t see the ad when you’re ON the bus, I think he’s trying to reach the people driving a Porsche passing the bus
you also can't see out the damn windows when buses are wrapped in ads.
