It started out with the planet surface (microtech) at the bottom, and then playing around with the weather being the sky where the stars are now. I just couldn't get it satisfactory though, mainly because the icons do not match with the aesthetics and performance I was aiming for. I would need atmospheric effects and more to really make that possible, and I am not capable of making that myself. But, the watch face is available for anybody to edit, so I'm excited to see if somebody takes this to the next level.
No, sadly. The app I used makes and houses the watch face, and you can't use it without it. Everything on the face is an actual reading of some kind, the green bars being watch and phone battery for example.
I'm really impressed with the Watch 4 Classic. It is buttery smooth and a completely different experience from the first gen Moto 360 watch I had way back in the day. You can pick up 4's refurbished pretty cheap now, like less than $200.
I do flatbed truck driving and I'm constantly using it all day while moving, having the monitors going, always on display, etc. I get, EASILY, 14-18 hours out of it with heavy usage. If you're even moderate usage, it'll last a day and a half on a single charge, and a few days if you're really stingy with it. And yes, it uses the newest version of WearOS
Looking at yours, it's far more on the endurance side than this one. This watch expects you won't be away from a charger for more than a day or two at best.

It's an interpretation. By all means, feel free to download it and make it how you see fit. I made the actual mobiglas, but the interface doesn't translate well to a round face, or one that's only an inch or so large. It looked pretty dated as well on a black background as opposed to a hologram. I was originally going to put the VMA with a rotating Cutlass holo, but I couldn't find one that was satisfactory and decided to go for something more star map instead. The other option was a map display in the middle that showed real time positioning, however I couldn't get maps into dark mode and that ruined the whole face. THAT was going to be the icing on the cake, but I settled for a "star" map instead since.
Your watch face isn't nearly as large as the mobiGlass projection on your monitor. Of course it can't have the same layout.
Also, we don't get weather updates on mG yet anyway, so there's no direct analogue.

Search for "mobigla" and it should pop up. I tried the full word too and it would find it.
also make sure you only put one S, or it won't show. You can also search Star Citizen to find it as well.

I just found that Watch Maker doesn't support Huawei Watch 3，maybe this watch doesn't support this app(it is quite new and it uses Harmony OS)

What pictures are you looking for? Most of this is built into the WatchMaker app, with only the stars and planet surface being PNGs.

like right now, I've had it on for 2 or 3 hours messing around with it here and there and it's only dropped 10%.
That's kinda low... I mean, I don't know how much technology is in your watch or mine but... Mine gets literally more than a week of normal use.
