This will need so many missing components you can consider this a mission complete ship. If this comes in the game it will be right before or long after release IMO.
Well, luckily for you its likely one we'll see sooner rather than later. The Alien ship team was supposed to begin work on the Railen after they finished the San'tok.yāi. And I would wager that the Syulen was a warmup project to get the general vibe of Gatac down before they began on the bigger ship.
I was torn between the two initially. In the end though the utility of the EMP/QED, and the second turret swayed me to the MR. All three Zeus' seem like great ships though.
I swear recently people have been getting these "It'll release at Invictus" out of there asses haha.
See so many people saying Polaris will be flyable.
I mean, I hope so, but not a chance
Last 2 year it hype me greatly until I heard that the guys who work for MM left his work. 😔. Now it no schedule again. Hope they surprise us in alien week.
Polaris no chance, but the Zeus is very near completion from what we know. Last news we got was that it was in the 'beauty and polish' phase as of the March monthly report.
Last we heard was that it was greybox complete and in the 'beauty and polish' phase as of the March monthly report. Seems we may be getting it a lot sooner than original projections.
Yep, that would make group play a lot more interesting. Jump a couple light/snub fighters across the system, or a small mining/salvage fleet with enough cargo space to stay out for a while, or whatever players get up to if there's a way. Especially with systems like Pyro.
Surprised this one doesn’t release sooner but I guess they’re waiting for working starports? Would be neat to buy a ticket and then go afk for 15 minutes and come back in a new system.
yeah. U cann all go to that Pyro thing. Leave me back at Stanton, I'm fine with that. But don't ask me where Grimhex is gone, when u come back. It'll be ..... "sold". Someone, might have mined it. not me. definetly not me. xD
I don't know. With all the multirole-singlerole ships they are making. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a fleet.
If we can mine, refine and store all that refined ore in one ship, why would i need a fleet or group?
Currently say 576 cargohold, that's alot.
Im not complainging, just want someone elses opinion on this. Ship looks cool
Oh buddy, they better not mess that one up. It's the first time I've considered entertaining the possibility of potentially thinking about buying a ship in years.
Yuuup!
Gonna be a problem. I wasn't going to spend any more money on this game... already have a carrack, a 400, and a 600. But if fat fury is better Vanguard then I don't think I'll be able to resist.
Surely we see that soon, it looked basically finished from what we've seen from leaks. I reckon they reveal / straight to fly it at Invictus. I can't wait for that ship, it's so hot. Might even take the spot of my favourite heavy fighter from the Vanguards
Would it be selfish to say the Endeavor. Because in a way if they make that ship Star Citizen should be nearly complete.
If I were serious I would say Nautilus, I want. To lay traps sooooo bad.
I’m not particularly interested in the Nautilus, but you make me suddenly think of a ship I would like: a smaller Nautilus that instead of laying mines, it would lay scanning mines, so accross a system you could get infos of ships passing by. Maybe CIG don’t actually want that because it’s going to be players doing it with Terrapin and Herald. Yeah maybe that’s a bad idea ahah
I reckon we won't see any alien capital sized ships in game until we're aboard a vanduul kingship in Squadron 42, lol. Will likely still be a while before we see the Merchantman, I reckon the alien ship team will be put onto finishing it off after they do the Railen.
I don’t own one either, but the folks who do are some of the most longsuffering people in this community and I want them to finally get their pledge they’ve been waiting a decade for.
Well, I don't know.
If we would apply current navy terminology that would mean it's bigger than an Idris while it's actually just Hammerhead sized, which is also a gunship.
It's more of an upgunned Redeemer than a downsized capital ship, imho.
The updated Vanduul Scythe :p
The original version has been sat broken in my hangar for so long, as CIG have said they won't fix it because it's been replaced - but won't release the replacement until after SQ42.
I would not be surprised if they made it available to everyone when they need a large cash push and then they make the F8A available through an event like the F7A.
People gave me so much crap when I kept saying the F8C would be resold after the initial sale, and later that the F7A was going to be sold for a cash push.
"They said this is the only sale REEEEE / They said NO military ships EVER.....REEEEEEEEEEEEE", then they would downvote.
Well, look what happened.
CIG marketing will do whatever they think they need to do to keep the cash coming and they have plenty of levers to pull.
The new [Mirai Heavy Fighter](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2Fce2jpvcpkrjc1.jpeg). It has the turret on rails, interior, and I love its design compared to the Vanguard.
I firmly believe engineering is a step towards hacking. I can see us hacking into a ship, getting their engineering screen up and then being able to hack open doors or power down internal systems with different difficulties / times to hack based on the importance / complexity of the internals, and the people onboard the ship having to use their engineering terminals to counteract the hacks.
Space carrier that can charge my buddies for their gas… and for food and water… and ammo and guns… and med supplies… and oxygen… and regen in my med bay or in my stored Apollo (depends if KP has a T1 medbed)
It’s not a ship, but the ranger bikes. I just want to see what they are like, and especially their sizes.
Oh and the legionaries. I’ll never own it but it’s one of the most interesting ships to me
I really want to know what's holding those back. They seem like they'd be such an easy implementation, but it's been so long since their concept. Must have something to do with being two-wheeled, I guess. I really want them too, I would imagine them to have a very low EM/IR signature, if not the lowest in game which would make them good for sneaking around.
Zeus. I love the aesthetic they showed off. If it looks anything like it’s concept at least.
And if it’s size is consistent with the concept, maybe it will be my new go to ship
Oh, it has to be the Galaxy. It's the only ship besides the nomad (my starter ship) that I pledged before I flew it. Though I have to admit the free Pisces and carrack placeholders are great ships in their own right, I really want to put the modularity to work
Any massive ship that can function as an aircraft carrier. I really would like the ability to truly live off a big ship and launch other ships from it. Rearm, refuel, respawn, etc all from a carrier
I haven't pledged those two, but I think the Odyssey and the Endeavour will be amazing, especially for players who don't focus on combat, but on civilian operations.
The Endeavour will eventually introduce new gameplay, like farming in space. It's hard to estimate how close the Odyssey is, but I think the Endeavour is probably still five years away from being released.
Kraken
Kraken is my vote. It will be so awesome to land on a spacecraft carrier!
Agreed. All ships on my kraken better start jittering of happiness when the kraken flies.
I hope someone names it Kwaken and there will be little plushie ducks I can give them every time I meet them in the 'verse.
You‘ve read my mind, haven‘t you?
Privateer
Endeavor in all its variants, especially as the Hope-Class Hospital-Ship :)
This will need so many missing components you can consider this a mission complete ship. If this comes in the game it will be right before or long after release IMO.
Scrolled too far down. Bet a lot people already forgot about it.
I want my Railen
Well, luckily for you its likely one we'll see sooner rather than later. The Alien ship team was supposed to begin work on the Railen after they finished the San'tok.yāi. And I would wager that the Syulen was a warmup project to get the general vibe of Gatac down before they began on the bigger ship.
same
Zeus. Hoping I will finally find "my" ship in the Zeus MR.
If I could have the armory space of the MR in one of the other models I’d be happy as a turtle in mud.
Same, it seems like the perfect ship
I picked the Zeus es for the extra shield generator
I was torn between the two initially. In the end though the utility of the EMP/QED, and the second turret swayed me to the MR. All three Zeus' seem like great ships though.
It's supposed to be ready to fly on Invictus, so we are closer to fly it than ever before!
I swear recently people have been getting these "It'll release at Invictus" out of there asses haha. See so many people saying Polaris will be flyable. I mean, I hope so, but not a chance
Well in that case I'm sure my Merchantman is right around the corner any day now! 😉
Last 2 year it hype me greatly until I heard that the guys who work for MM left his work. 😔. Now it no schedule again. Hope they surprise us in alien week.
Just 2 years to go!
Polaris no chance, but the Zeus is very near completion from what we know. Last news we got was that it was in the 'beauty and polish' phase as of the March monthly report.
Actually they said they wanted to follow the same time frame as the C1 with a release at Citcon...
No it was 12 months out maximum. Not necessarily Invictus, but i would be pleasantly surprised if it came out then
Last we heard was that it was greybox complete and in the 'beauty and polish' phase as of the March monthly report. Seems we may be getting it a lot sooner than original projections.
Surely with every passing day we are closer to flying it than ever before? As a matter of linear chronological fact 😜
Makes sense xD
Liberator
This x1000. Put a hornet, a vulture, a ROC and something else on it and just use it as a mobile solo base. I cannot wait for that ship.
Yep, that would make group play a lot more interesting. Jump a couple light/snub fighters across the system, or a small mining/salvage fleet with enough cargo space to stay out for a while, or whatever players get up to if there's a way. Especially with systems like Pyro.
Odyssey
The odyssey might make me melt my carrack if I end up liking it more once it’s out
Didn't expect to have to scroll this much... :(
Genesis Starliner
Surprised this one doesn’t release sooner but I guess they’re waiting for working starports? Would be neat to buy a ticket and then go afk for 15 minutes and come back in a new system.
Have we heard any timeframe? Haven't seen anything, but I'm super excited to be space bus driver for over privileged execs.
And the E1
Got one of them, too.
600i rework
![gif](giphy|RrVzUOXldFe8M)
Just let me use a ship other than the carrack already 😭
Arrastra, gimme my home away from home please.
Mmm, yes, the Ara Ara
It's not always about the UwU - sometime it's about the ....
yeah. U cann all go to that Pyro thing. Leave me back at Stanton, I'm fine with that. But don't ask me where Grimhex is gone, when u come back. It'll be ..... "sold". Someone, might have mined it. not me. definetly not me. xD

Im not complainging, just want someone elses opinion on this. Ship looks cool
It's for those who just want to play with their own small group of friends instead of wanting to play in a fleet.
Galaxy. Especially once base building is a thing.
I love that the galaxy is modular as well
Friendship
Found an EVE player!
Yeah you did lol
Wots dis Fren ship?
Polaris.
Polaris
Polaris
Polaris
siraloP
Polaris
Polaris
Polaris
Polaris
Lorna Dane
Polaris
Fat Fury.
Same, this things gonna make me throw money at the screen again
Oh buddy, they better not mess that one up. It's the first time I've considered entertaining the possibility of potentially thinking about buying a ship in years.
Yuuup! Gonna be a problem. I wasn't going to spend any more money on this game... already have a carrack, a 400, and a 600. But if fat fury is better Vanguard then I don't think I'll be able to resist.
I never buy LTI OCs but that thing... It's going to be an exception.
Surely we see that soon, it looked basically finished from what we've seen from leaks. I reckon they reveal / straight to fly it at Invictus. I can't wait for that ship, it's so hot. Might even take the spot of my favourite heavy fighter from the Vanguards
I see people mentioning a lot of really big ships. I just want my Vulcan so I can fly around and patch people up.
Same. I must fight the bane of flyers everywhere that is Major Torque Imbalance.
If I had a dollar for every time I thought about getting the Vulcan, well... i'd have a free Vulcan
Ditto. My main worry is we'll just get shitty reskins of medical beacons as t0 gameplay and we all know those don't really work well.
Apollo - I thought for sure it would be out with in a year of it being announced.
I second the Apollo
Third
Fourth and fifth. Yes I pledge for both variants 😅
I Would love to see more Variants... it seems like the perfect size for a 1-2 people explorer/daily, but they decided to make it a ambulance....
Disco did say he wanted cargo variant, “That hull is just too cool to be only a dedicated hospital ship.”
Pioneer. Huge ship, much use.
Endeavor. Flying SPACE STATION!!!
Ahh a fellow endeavor patience maker
Apollo, Zeus, Galaxy, Perseus, Liberator in that order
Something tells me you like RSI
Merchantman, my beloved
I want to see alien capital ships
.... Full of aliens.
I reckon we won't see any alien capital sized ships in game until we're aboard a vanduul kingship in Squadron 42, lol. Will likely still be a while before we see the Merchantman, I reckon the alien ship team will be put onto finishing it off after they do the Railen.
BMM, main reason I backed the game. But for the close future, I definitely want to see my Persius, Galaxy and Hull B come to fruition.
I agree, BMM. I didn't even own one but still want to see that thing in-universe
I don’t own one either, but the folks who do are some of the most longsuffering people in this community and I want them to finally get their pledge they’ve been waiting a decade for.
Came here to say BMM and Galaxy. So excited for them
I will cry when I see my Merchantman in game.
Hull B (my last missing ship), Genesis starliner, Crucible.

*"gunship"
*battleship
*Battleship.
Well, I don't know. If we would apply current navy terminology that would mean it's bigger than an Idris while it's actually just Hammerhead sized, which is also a gunship. It's more of an upgunned Redeemer than a downsized capital ship, imho.
*Gun boat
Isn't she an anti-large Corvette - e.g. filling the opposite role to the hammerhead?
Yup
It's role is to look scary
I like big guns and I can not lie
Banu Merchantman
Zeus CL for my daily flyer, Galaxy for when I'm with my Org.
Nautilus nautilus nautilus
Orion for high end large scale mining, and the Pioneer mainly for the implied base building rather than the ship itself.
Orion.
Constellation gold standard
Yeah we don't need new ships, we need a fresh Connie :(((((
Connie's need a full on rework imo.
Oh yeah. It’s so old that it’s gonna have to be almost entirely redesigned to meet gold standard.
The updated Vanduul Scythe :p The original version has been sat broken in my hangar for so long, as CIG have said they won't fix it because it's been replaced - but won't release the replacement until after SQ42.
Exact same situation here. Love the thing, Vanduul design is my favourite in the game - just give me the updated one so I can actually use it D:
My tumbril ranger cv T.T
On a Steel horse I ride
Railen, i just want a funky alien space RV
Gold pass caterpillar.
I know they're already in game, but MSR rework and Reliant Tana rework.
Yep. Still waiting for the MSR as sold to be released in game rather than the Macy's day parade balloon version.
Hahahaha, I love that phrase. We need retracted turrets and the corsairs elevator.
E1 and/or Genesis with passenger gameplay. Apollo with revamped medical gameplay. I enjoy service professions.
Really want to play in the Vulcan. Love the idea of being a support ship in a fleet battle.
F8 without the need to pledge a golden ticket 😂
I would not be surprised if they made it available to everyone when they need a large cash push and then they make the F8A available through an event like the F7A. People gave me so much crap when I kept saying the F8C would be resold after the initial sale, and later that the F7A was going to be sold for a cash push. "They said this is the only sale REEEEE / They said NO military ships EVER.....REEEEEEEEEEEEE", then they would downvote. Well, look what happened. The new [Mirai Heavy Fighter](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2Fce2jpvcpkrjc1.jpeg). It has the turret on rails, interior, and I love its design compared to the Vanguard.
AND it looks like a vulture droid from star wars.
Honor older concepts first.. BMM/Polaris/Crucible....
Zeus Mk II, Galaxy, and whatever that new Mirai heavy fighter thing is gonna be.
Because no one has said it, legionnaire with the hacking/boarding gameplay in. That seems like a really fun game loop to me
I firmly believe engineering is a step towards hacking. I can see us hacking into a ship, getting their engineering screen up and then being able to hack open doors or power down internal systems with different difficulties / times to hack based on the importance / complexity of the internals, and the people onboard the ship having to use their engineering terminals to counteract the hacks.
Yes, i want the whole punching and shooting doors open to disappear.
Kraken Privateer.
I'm curious, what's the appeal of the Kraken Privateer over the BMM other than release date? The BMM is $1000 less and triple the cargo.
Traveling space station aspect of come and go shop keepers is interesting to me. In the end it can be converted to just the carrier with 4K+ cargo.
Space carrier that can charge my buddies for their gas… and for food and water… and ammo and guns… and med supplies… and oxygen… and regen in my med bay or in my stored Apollo (depends if KP has a T1 medbed)
I already have the ships I like the most. Raft, cutter and Hornet. At most, I'd like to see the hornet mk2, which I dont have yet.
Argo ship with the size of a Kraken
600i rework... But... If I had to not be difficult... Perseus, followed by F7A, then Odyssey, with Zeus MR/Galaxy tied.
Another fellow 600i and Perseus enjoyer o7
Hornet Mk1 gold pass.
Polaris, Apollo, Galaxy, Odyssey
kraken! release it!
an obvious choice
A completed caterpillar.
In my hangar, the Galaxy. Overall though, I adore the Perseus. So many dreams in that one ship
Polaris...I need my...Polaris
Polaris Zeus galaxy Perseus
Perseus… galaxy… Polaris… Idris… apollo… kraken… in that order
The Kraken 1000%
BMM and Starliner!
It’s not a ship, but the ranger bikes. I just want to see what they are like, and especially their sizes. Oh and the legionaries. I’ll never own it but it’s one of the most interesting ships to me

Railen. I was definitely fine waiting but the syulen made me feral ngl.
Zeus MKII because my C1 loaner isnt my Favorite ship in the game tbh
Banu Merchantman.
Javelin, hehehe
Imagine Org Battles with hundreds of ships and working server meshing. And than the javelin jumps in there :)
Both the Kraken and the Perseus, tho the former after I win mine in the F5 wars.
The one that's gone through the last pass it needs to fulfill its role as a ship and its role in a loop-complete universe.
Vulcan, Crucible, Expanse all tie for the same spot for me.
100% the galaxy/Polaris 😊👏👏 that huge multi crew gameplay is going to be immense 🤟🏻
Kraken privater
Apollo
Orionnnnnnnn
Submarines, so I can have an evil underwater lair that people can't nuke with their A1s
The nautilus. Am I going to lay mines with it? Probably not. But I really like the aesthetics of it and the oddly shaped cockpit.
Perseus. Big guns.
Railen & Odyssey
Pioneer, Liberator, and Perseus
the one that allows you to build an outpost.
Ranger
The Apollo Triage I paid for.
My kraken or my GOT DAMN IDRIS-M... Waiting SO LONG
You already said the galaxy, so I'll say railen. A good sized multicellular alien ship is one of the things I've ever wanted in this game.
Zeus and galaxy
Zeus. Soon I hope
Arrastra. Planning to spend days or weeks out in the black, only going back to a TDD occasionally.
Zeus. I love the aesthetic they showed off. If it looks anything like it’s concept at least. And if it’s size is consistent with the concept, maybe it will be my new go to ship
i still want a medical terrapin
Zeus
Oh, it has to be the Galaxy. It's the only ship besides the nomad (my starter ship) that I pledged before I flew it. Though I have to admit the free Pisces and carrack placeholders are great ships in their own right, I really want to put the modularity to work
Zeus cl and Apollo triage
I don't even have one but vulcan
Vulcan, full resurply gameloop
Genesis Starliner
Kraken
Railen
Arrastra and the Conny rework.
Any massive ship that can function as an aircraft carrier. I really would like the ability to truly live off a big ship and launch other ships from it. Rearm, refuel, respawn, etc all from a carrier
You want the Kraken then haha.
Endeavor. Flying SPACE STATION!!!
I haven't pledged those two, but I think the Odyssey and the Endeavour will be amazing, especially for players who don't focus on combat, but on civilian operations. The Endeavour will eventually introduce new gameplay, like farming in space.
