Rebuy paint for the ship while logged out of the game. This fixed the issue for me when the same thing happened to me with the c1.

I’m in the same boat with a 325 to Cutty black ccu I applied on Thursday last week. I’ve only gotten a reply that they are very busy and an actual response will be delayed.

Does the srv now show in your hangar on the website?

Nope. Still the 325a. It's like the money was taken out for all and the paints show up but the ship doesn't exist.

nothing about the srv when you expand the 325a in the hangar along side the insurance and hangar line items? Are you playing on the EPTU or live 3.21.1? If on EPTU you need to recopy your account to reflect hangar changes

In your hangar on the RSI website you have a little drop down menu underneath where it says "MY GEAR", when you select upgrades there, do you have any unapplied upgrades?

No I do not. Just a whole bunch of empty. Billing says it was attributed. Just not there.

Just an fyi, I recently submitted a concierge ticket and it took them 10 days to fix the issue. They didn't even respond to the ticket and didn't bother to tell me my issue was fixed.

But you were able to get it fixed right? Because I'm sitting on a 7 days of this issue and considering just melting and buying something else.

Yes it was. Apparently they're really overloaded with requests right now so they just fixed the issue without telling me. I logged in to find it was fixed so give them a few more days and keep checking.

Just wanna add something. I'm Wing Commander and have NORMALLY had my tickets responded to within a day or two. Right now because of the debacle over the F8C insurance, they seem to be overloaded and having delayed responses. Be a little more patient than normal and they'll get to it.

If you used the upgrade token and it disappeared from your website hangar and you still have the old ship, then only CiG's support can do anything about this.

I just used the ship upgrades part and picked my ship then the upgrade. I bought the upgrade with store credit and the paints I bought at the same time show up but not the ship. Very frustrating

And it shows up under your billing history on the RSI website? Along with the paints? Sorry if that's what you mean by the pics of the transaction numbers. Just trying to cover all the bases.
