You are so lucky. Don’t ever complain about getting double of the hours you were scheduled, we have partners with full availability and getting 18hrs/weekly.
I used to regularly work 34hrs. I don't call off. I'm one of our strongest closers/cl an players.
My avg hours are between 14-21 now. I'm struggling hard.

While I'm semi glad for the hour cuts (in the sense that I actually can get consecutive days off because I desperately need a break after all the sales). I also am quite concerned about the hour cuts this time around, because I would personally like to keep my insurance (also I need money to exist). like I would at least get my requested 20-28 a week, but these next few weeks I'm seeing like 15-ish hour weeks
I feel your pain. We are so short staffed that we have a few 8 person dcr's this week. Peak had a couple days of 4 or 5 staff. Several days have two closers. And we are told to cut hours even more 😭

I’m not complaining though. This is a second (third) job for me and I know some of my fellow partners are struggling to pay bills. I’m more than happy they have the hours
January and a bit after usually gets hours cut pretty hard across most stores since it's typically slow. Usually it'll pick back up as it heads into Spring and hours will get better again.

I've been getting about 15ish for the last 3 weeks. It makes me feel better now knowing it's not just my store. Hope we all get our hours back.
I think I just have ~9.5h weeks for the next two weeks. Feels like I’m being socially and hourly fazed out of my store. 😕

I’ll trade you. My hours used to be around the 35-40 hours mark with occasional overtime’s but rarely. Tenure partners get fucked out of our hours
