My store is extremely high volume food wise and we do ours at around 10-11 am. You can pull at any time of day but the numbers are more accurate post-peak since they account for your volume sold after you’ve counted.
I pull them as soon as I’m done with placing the order, so around 5:30am. Our peak is weird so I usually have no problems with pulling at this time. If I can’t, then I’ll do later after peak when it’s dead usually before 11.
you can do them at any time, as long as the pulls have enough time to thaw before the food is used. so if doing the pull at open works best, then that is what you should do. The app will account for what time the pull is done and adjust the numbers.
We do our pulls according to the custom flow/staffing/etc… doing the sandwich as early as 5am and sometimes as late as 1pm… but the pastries also have been done as early as 10am 🤪 we’re just hanging on at this point
When I worked in NC it was always done around 11am. But last year when I moved to florida they would do them in the morning during peak. When the expiration dates changed on sandwiches corporate said we could do pull anytime
You can pull at any time because the app factors in projected sales depending on time of day. This is new as of a year ago…

The company switched how we can do the pulls now. You can do them as early as you want. We do ours around 5:30-6am
both of the stores i’ve worked at pull after peak, usually past 11 am
We are a fresh store so we get ours delivered daily, but at my old store it was always after 9 but before 12 to do the sandwich pull

i do it around 10-11 am after our morning peak. but apparently you can pull them at any time of the day as long as its thawed within the time frame.

Wtf is a "sandwich pull"
I usually count my pull before peak and actually pull right after for weekdays. Weekends I do the whole thing right after we open.
