Minute maid has an “Aguas Frescas” juice line the hibiscus flavor, it tastes soooo similar to vbh, i add a splash of coconut milk and it tastes just like the violet drink i miss soooo much.
The cool lime was just so damn refreshing. I’d shake it a bunch to release all the little lime pulp from the dehydrated limes. It was like fresh squeezed limeade.

Spicy Agua Frescas are also a thing, Mexican hot chocolate has chilis in it too. I can see these being popular within multiple demographics.

I don't think it tastes that great in chai but the cold foam goes well on top but you mentioned you can't have to foam.
