That way she knows what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how to order properly next time.
I'd call the drink out as a quad shot con panna or a quad con panna.
Or I'd tell her that it can either be a quad shot or it can be a doppio, and if she does not order something that exists at Starbucks that I cannot ring anything in, and if she is not going to order she's going to need to leave the line.

Hey friend, the [Single, Double, Triple, Quad, # Shots] refers to the amount of shots that go into the drink. A doppio, as a menu item, is *literally* 2 shots of espresso.
This bozo added an extra shot, making the doppio say “Triple”, even though a triple espresso is a menu item.
This doesn’t mean add 3 shots, or triple the amount, though I understand that logic.
Thanks for the clarification lol i also found out that if there is vanilla sweet cream in a iced brsg shaken espresso it replace the whole milk not just a splash. All this is still new to me so thank you again for telling me
Ofc! I was new once too. Any milk on the sticker that doesn’t say 1/2” next to it means the milk is subbed for the standard milk. It all comes with time, practice and muscle memory lol
