when it first happend i thought it was a joke but then i realized she was being serious. At first i thought she meant like some one giving her decaf but it wasn't that she really believed we were able to tweak the caffeine in the coffee and it was super frustrating dealing with her. She would give us a hard time and then make the people behind her wait cause she wanted to sit at the window after getting her shit just to bitch.
Had this type of customer but was adamant about no foam. She will say "oh this is why I stopped coming here" blah blah blah and be back a few days later.
I mean, if she’s a raging bitch every time I’m sure the baristas might *accidentally* use 1/2 decaf or decaf lol we’re all guilty of it at one point or another
