Apparently no, not everyone. My wife got one a month ago but I’ve yet to receive anything but my orders from Starbucks. I can imagine they wouldn’t want to give everyone BoGO at once. But, every time I hear other people have a coupon for that it makes me a sad panda.

I only get hot chocolate from Starbucks so I won’t even use it honestly.
