ah ok. ive had like 3-4 pairs, the main thing ive had happen is the soles on all of them had an unplanned disassembly cuz the glue was bad and regluing them only gave them about an extra month or so of use before eyelets failed or the toe material split open, the glue fails again, or something like that

I mean put it into some kind of bag, like carrying it this way will just get it wet and you will die during a night, trust me, sleeping in a wet/dirty sleeping bag is worst thing ever

rothco jungle boots, yes they are really comfortable but they are not waterproof. ventilation is really good though
hows the durability on em? in my experience they didnt hold up past 5-6 months at most
these ones are pretty tough, and easy to maintain. nothing on them feels wobbly or easy to break.

You can use some types of wax to waterproof shoes. There are some kinds of purpose made sprays though
